I was looking into options to delay my period for an upcoming camping trip considering I have a very heavy flow and would not be near any bathrooms -- I discovered wisp and the experience was incredibly seamless. All I had to do was create an account, confirm my identity, and fill out a medical form. A provider reached out to me in literally minutes to confirm my order/prescribe me my treatment . I received my medication in the mail about a week later. I'm very impressed and will be returning for future treatments when needed.

This is a subscription and, I'm sorry to say it's not worth it if you have no insurance. I was naive and I thought what I had paid for was for the birth control but it turns out I have to pay $600 for 3 months worth of birth control. Make sure you read everything and that you have insurance before paying for subscription.

This was the worst experience. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. I don't know when my order is being shipped. This is terrible and nobody cares

I received my medication quickly. The dr was amazing and choose the right medication for me. Definitely recommend!!

After waiting 6 days for my prescription and sending multiple emails and messages through the patient portal I told them I was leaving a bad review and their response was they would prioritize the request and let me know when it was resolved. They are quick to process your payment and extremely slow to respond. I requested pharmacy pickup from one of their affiliated pharmacies on their website. However, that pharmacy has been closed for over a month. I tried to get my pharmacy to transfer the prescription but they cannot contact a closed pharmacy to transfer. I have emailed Wisp’s “helpless” desk several times over the past 6 days and they respond they are working on it, but nothing is done. At this point all I can do is leave negative reviews on every platform available to warn others they could be out a lot of money with no support - which I told them I will choose an additional website each day until they resolve!

Purchased the prescription online, went to go pick it up and I had to basically pay double/ out of pocket after I thought I paid for it already online. But the pharmacy charges the same amount in order to buy it as well
