My doctor was gone on vacation so unable to send in script, looked online and came across wisp. everything was easy to walk through to place my order and as were questions. This company is one of the first to come up when you google search “virtual UTI care” yet I had a horrible experience with them. I explained in my information that I was traveling in Colorado and that my insurance only works in Minnesota and I had all of the classic symptoms of a UTI, and my previous one was a couple of weeks ago as well which clearly the antibiotic I used then did not work. Well - because of this they wanted me to get a lab done before they wrote me another prescription. My first thought was - I should have lied (how sad is that) my second thought was - do you know how expensive a lab would be done in another state where I can’t use my insurance? Also - why do you make people fill out questions these doctors obviously don’t read? They gave me the hardest time, and not only that but the replies were SLOW. I’m talking several hours to get responses. This is my second bad experience with them and I’ve learned my lesson to never use them again and stick with Virtuwell instead. They might hand out contraceptives like it’s candy but got forbid you need an antibiotic for a UTI - you’re out of luck!!!

I love that I was able to purchase the yeast infection pill. And pick it up the same day. It helps with my lifestyle. Since I don’t have any time to waste, especially going to a doctors appointment. One thing I didn’t like is I have to buy a pill that helped with side effects with the pill I wanted. Other than that definitely would have given 5stars.

My order was not processed within the 24 hour (even on weekends) window, it was over 48 hours (and only after I emailed customer service!) which pushed the 3-5 business day shipping window to the following Monday. I requested a refund based on Wisp’s inability to fulfill their guarantee and they have refused. I do not have trust or faith in companies that do not adhere to their own parameters. I will not leave medical testing and advice to a company that I have lost trust in, anywhere along the process.

I instantly cancelled my prescription and the company told me they can't refund my $100+ order because the provider had already "provided care". What poor service from a company claiming to help people.
