Wisp was super easy to use and I got my meds fast. I get recurrent UTIs and going to urgent care each time gets annoying since i’m able to identify my symptoms and know what I have instantly. All in all Wisp took about 10 mins from beginning the questionnaire to getting my prescription sent! I then got my meds within the next two hours. I didn’t have to leave work and spend time at urgent care waiting, I just had to wait for my pharmacy to fill the meds! Super convenient, I will be using again!

Fantastic service! From the moment I realized I needed the medication to the point where I had it in my hands was less than three hours without ever having to take off from work. I didn't have to drive to the hospital, i didn't have to have a pointless or evasive exam or anything.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. Pricing information on the website is incomplete and confusing. I was shocked to find out that $140 got me a single 3-month prescription with no refills, when it's a medication I'll need to take for years. I would not have made the purchase if I'd realized I'd need to pay $60 (not including the cost of the med) for every 3-month prescription.

Love that I could get someone to help me no matter what time it was. I filled out the form to the best of my knowledge and they sent a perscription within minutes so I could pick it up in the morning. Plus it was the weekend of course. I can’t thank you enough.
