The website is awesome. Everything except the way the herpes “preventative” treatment is presented. I was able to indicate that I do not have herpes, and the site still offered me prescription antivirals as “preventative treatment,” including valacyclovir and acyclovir, starting around $10–$12/month. That wording is misleading. Those medications can be used as suppressive treatment for people who already have HSV, but they are not established PrEP for someone who is HSV-negative to prevent themselves from acquiring herpes. I think that distinction should be made extremely clear, especially when you’re dealing with prescription medications and sexual health. I really like the website and how easy the service is to use, but this particular part made me uncomfortable!

Both CVS and I tried to contact Wisp to confirm prescription information. No one at Wisp answered the phone or got back to us. I was charged for a product that I never received.

I'm so glad I found this company. My doctor's office was not being responsive and I was going out of town and needed the medication. The prescription was called in within minutes and I was picking up my prescription before leaving town. The other thing I like about this company is the privacy. In the future I will be ordering but having it sent to my home. Thank you!

I like that this was confidential and I didn't have to go to a clinic or a physician to be seen. I couldn't have made an appointment soon enough to do the test i needed. Because this was a 'swab' test and time was of the essence, the only thing that would have made the experience better was if you had the option to send the test by FedEx or overnight.
