Wisp business model is a great idea, and generally can be a quicker way to get medications. However, if you need any assistance from customer support be prepared for the run around. I picked out a pharmacy from their list for pick up in my area. That wasn’t even a pharmacy I can pick up at. Had to message them to get a new pharmacy. They take all day to respond, like literally all day but then say “we will work on this and change your pharmacy asap” just to then never even call the pharmacy til after 10PM. When they closed. It took 5 hours and never got an update. How do you have the pharmacy info and said you’d do it immediately then here I am at 230PM the next day and still no idea when I’ll be able to get my prescriptions. I ordered these Thursday night. It’s Saturday afternoon. I could’ve just went to my PCP. The idea was it’s supposed to be fast to skip the visit to the doctors and head to the pharmacy but it has been anything but that.

Very quick response and I was so grateful to start antibiotics ASAP. I’d use Wisp again for certain.

You asked me a bunch of survey questions. I answered them. My answers indicated the problem was a very, very bad fishy odor. It was not the same symptoms I had when I had yeast infections in the past. Yet even after asking me all those questions and be answering, you still just sent me the yeast medicine. I took it, but it didn’t do any good at all.

I needed medication on 2 different occasions and I found the process super easy and appreciated how fast the doctors sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy.
