For feminine health issues that often require urgent responses, this experience was ridiculously slow. While yes, I got what I needed - hence the two stars - “same day” actually means within 24 hours and my request wasn’t reviewed until hour 23.5. Definitely saving my money next time and just going to urgent care for anything that requires a timely response. For things that you don’t need quickly, this service works fine.

My prescription was changed without my knowledge, and they sent me something that I am unable to use due to my core beliefs and trauma triggers. It took very long for my request to be reviewed. Then even though the prescription was "sent," the pharmacy did not receive it. There's no responsive customer care whatsoever. I feel I was scammed with no recourse for a reimbursement. I ended up needing to get a health appt for another doctor. A 72 hour + turnaround time is way too long for a UTI at which point the pain is unbearable and the infection can spread.
