I should’ve listened to the reviews that said don’t bother. The good ones clearly misled me. I made an account, answered every question, and gave them my credit card info. Wisp told me to get a urine analysis and vaginal pH test, which I did right away and uploaded within an hour. It’s been 36 hours and I’ve heard nothing — no help, no treatment plan, no prescription, no communication at all. Women’s healthcare is already so hit or miss, and I was really hoping this would be a reliable solution to the challenges we face getting into a physical office. Unfortunately, it’s not. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Process is fairly simple. But I ordered my prescription months ago and there was a problem with receiving it. I reached out to the team and they were not helpful or concerned for my satisfaction. To this day, I have not received my prescription. I asked for a refund and its "against policy"

Would not recommend this company is a scam. I was charged 25 for them to send a prescription for over 200 for birth control pills that I could get way less at my local health department don’t waste your time or money with this company not worth it
