Over the last several years I’ve become prone to UTIs, average 3 a year. Wisp’s made it easy to get treatment quickly as the last time I went to my Dr to address it, it was 10 days before I was able to get in! I also get my BC through Wisp and their options for what best suits me have always been made clear and all my questions for the Drs have been answered promptly. Very grateful for Wisp!!

Each response takes at least 24 hrs. You can not speak to anyone in REAL time. An urgent care would’ve been cheaper and quicker. My meds were called into the wrong pharmacy after stressing the change several times. There’s no way to change the pharmacy in the portal. Each reply from the provider takes 24 hrs each.
