Used it to skip a period. So easy and worked like a charm!

Used to be a wonderful service, what happened? I have used Wisp several times over the last few years for quick treatment of UTIs and yeast infections. They seemed to really get it. You know your body and your symptoms. They made it easy to get quick treatment. I also used a few of their products--they are great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a nightmare. They only prescribed 3 days of antibiotics for a UTI. When I questioned it, they said that's apparently the new standard. I just knew that wouldn't work for me, but I took the antibiotics as prescribed. Four days later, I was no better than when I started. I sent a message through the online portal. It's been 48 hours, and no response. I even uploaded 2 additional home tests. Sent an email to support, and they said they would notify the provider and I can expect a response in 24 hours. So, 72 hours to get a response from a provider (THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A REFUND. FULL STOP.) about a condition that could potentially turn life-threatening. I kept thinking they would respond, so I held off going to my regular doctor. But, at this point, I have to. Headed there tomorrow morning. $100 poorer, but 100% smarter. I will never give Wisp my business again.

The service is so bad! I placed an order and they took to much time for placing it, so I emailed for cancellation and then they issued the prescription and said that they couldn’t cancel my order because they had already issued the prescription. Nice way to get advantage on clients!

I used this for the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas. I was due to start on the day I flew out and I would have been miserable for my entire trip. Having your period at a music festival in Vegas? Can you imagine?! This delayed my period to where I didn't need to wear anything and I was freeeeee for my entire 4 day trip. I did get the Zofran just in case, but did not even need to use it. I never experienced any side effects. 10/10 recommend.

After a poor initial exchange with an attempt to remove a pending charge for an order never submitted, a customer service representative was able to locate my account and cancel both the pending charge and order. The exchange was over the course of a few hours which was nice as sometimes I've had inquiries take several days to resolve with other companies. Overall, Wisp settled the dispute to my satisfaction.
