Amazing! Everything i had hoped it to be. Fast & private. Love love love!!! My doc didn’t have an opening for three weeks which is insane to have to wait with an infection. This saved me!!! Worth every penny!

Unauthorized credit card charge and cannot remove my card from their website. It was set up to renew on December 26 and they charged it over a month early without any notification, before I could cancel it. When I reached out they insisted they couldn’t do anything about it.

I am still waiting for a prescription to be called in after 36 hours. I have had "support" and "customer care" tell me they are calling to see what the problem is but no one at my pharmacy has heard from anyone. They tell you they "have your back" but all support and customer care responses have a caveat of "24 hours response time" which means if there is an issue theres no way to address without waiting for someone to respond to an email. When I asked about a refund since they had not fulfilled their promise i was told they are unable to do that. I would avoid at all costs.

Got antibiotics and while it helps, it was only three days worth which doesn’t really do much but push the infection away for a few days.

Put in order for med for BV as website said meds in 1-2 hours. Now been waiting 24 hours and still have not heard anything and is processing. Also put in order for vaginal estradiol as I think issues as menopause related and that was prescribed same day with 3-5 day shipping time. Makes no sense why one would be approved and not the other. Did not have time to go to urgent care so did a message appt with amazon pharmacy for $29 and now had flagyl within 30 min.
