The health intake was pretty straightforward to fill out and I had the option to ask provider questions if I had any. Communication was very thorough, the order arrived quickly. I had minor concerns the medication might not work as it indicated there was a possibility it might not, but yes! Pleased to say it did and my body did not take very long to resume how it was doing previously. Side effects for me were mild. I was informed they were normal. Let me first tell you, if you don't know already, perimenopause/PMDD is hell!! My BC pill prescription had run out and I was going on a month without. My symptoms came crashing back and my regular doc had just retired. Signed up and after the intake process, it took a couple days but I was able to get the BC I so desperately needed. I needed pills to delay my period for a few days. The process was very easy I just had to provide my personal information and answer medical questions. I was approved for the pills quickly. I had them sent to my pharmacy and the pickup process was also very easy. Wisp is really helpful for women I’m glad their services exist. I highly recommend wisp.

The at home 3 STD kit through WISP was sub par at best. The urine cup provided had an opaque lining that wasn’t straight which made it hard to see if you had filled it half way like the instructions say. Then, the label for the tube was too long when wrapped around and it almost covered the edge of my info on it. Finally, they had USPS Ground for return shipping (slowest!)…any other at home kits I’ve got from other places have very fast return shipping for fast results and to mitigate issues with the sample being in transit for a long time. Took over a WEEK for my sample to reach the lab and to get results, and who knows what weather conditions the package passed through. When I contacted customer service about whether my sample was still viable when it arrived, the answers felt like bots because they didn’t make sense to what I was asking. They asked for my pharmacy info (I did not need meds, just wanted my questions answered!) and said I’d have to set up an appointment with a provider. Super inconvenient to just ask general questions that should be easily answered. All in all, terrible experience and I’ll never use them again. They need many improvements to their processes.
