I had a disappointing experience with this company’s cancellation and billing process. After attempting to cancel my subscription through the dashboard, I was unexpectedly charged again. I contacted customer support immediately after realizing the error. I was informed that the order could not be canceled or refunded because it was in the “final stage of processing,” despite the fact that my next prescription refill was not due until February. The cancellation process within the platform is not clearly explained, which contributed directly to this issue. While I understand industry regulations, there appears to be little flexibility or customer consideration when errors occur and are reported promptly. The subscription was eventually deactivated, but only after the charge had already gone through. I recommend that this company provide clearer cancellation instructions and improve transparency around billing and prescription timing to avoid similar situations for other customers.

I’ve ordered several times from this company and always had great experience until this time… ordered 2 scripts and only got one! Paid a lot more for the one script that only had 10 pills! This made no sense and they claim I picked it up! It should’ve been them, plural as I ordered 2 scripts. Emailed receipt showing it and they aren’t submitting the 90 pill script that I paid for. Disputing charges and going elsewhere

It's just not working anymore. The pill actually makes me bleed more. I want a refund. I'm tired of this and it's not fair. Messed up my birthday weekend.

I ordered meds form onset of cold sore. It was called in quickly and I then spent hours waiting, going to care center to pick k up, calling about my prescription. I used the dropdown in the site to pick pharmacy, the group I picked said they never got a call in for meds for me, nor did they accept outside referrals. I emailed support and heard back 24 hours later… too late to take medicine, need to start at onset. I requested a refund and they said no. They do not offer immediate assistance, beware
