I thought that the website was easy to utilize. The actual care took a lot longer than other virtual platforms I have used - Amazon, GoodRx and TreatmyUTI. My process was delayed because they needed a photo and my license - which they did not ask for at first but reached out later. I had a busy day at work, and I did not realize until later that they needed the items. It then ended up being awhile before I got information and my medication. It was also recommended I get two medications, but for some reason the consultant only gave me one. So, I ended up having to get the other one elsewhere. Finally, I thought the price was higher than others. There was one item that was either pill or cream form - and the cream was double the amount to get a prescription for. It was just an okay experience.

this is the second time yall have come to my rescue and i'm thankful to my knees for the services you provide.

They used to be good, but I don't know what happened to them and now it just feels like a scam. I placed the order for 1000 mg of a medication and in the past it was always 90 pills for a 90 day supply. So this time I ordered 1000 mg of the same medication and I ordered it for the 90 days but it did not say how many pills so I just assumed it has been the same as always.. well they decide to send it to me and when they send it to me, they tell me it's only 45 pills which makes the price jump up exponentially to $1.77 for a generic pill that normally would cost $.33 for a generic pill. When I told them it was wrong, nobody replied to me and then they still shipped it after I wrote to them and told them it was wrong that I did not order 45 pills and that I want the 90 day supply that I've always gotten in the past.. they spent three days arguing with me back-and-forth then they told me they'll send me another 45 pills after I requested it and told me they'll charge me another $20 which is absolutely ridiculous because I had already paid $1.77 per pill, but I had used their 25% off discount so that brought the price down a little bit but still off of the base price. It was coming out to way more than what a generic pill would be on the regular market. The doctor proceeded to argue with me about when my last order was, and when my current order was, and it made all types of assumptions, not realizing that I have a primary care physician and that I just use them when needed. Long story short, save your money and try to go to a regular doctor or maybe another website. I use call on doc as well and that website is very very good. This one is trash now and I'm sad to say that because I was a repeat customer, but never again. I also asked for a refund and they told me there's no refund so why would they ship my item if it was wrong in the first place then spend three days arguing with me then tell me they're not going to refund my money for something that I never even ordered when they don't tell you how many pills are in the order and then when they finally do tell you then they ship it without you knowing and then they told me I had to cut the pills in half which I never had to do in the past. Again the whole thing seems like a freaking Ponzi scheme to get your money and give you as little medication as possible. Absolutely horrible and what a difference in how they have acted in the past .. never again.

I have had great service, response time, consideration, and effective medicine. Thank you Wisp team for giving women back reproductive autonomy, great care, and making it both affordable and convenient in a world where healthcare is out of reach and is often not. I work in healthcare and this has made a big difference for my personal health and happiness. I had out of control periods which were 2 weeks long with heavy bleeding & pain which my dr ruled out there was no medical cause and I need to stay on birth control. Often times I was incurring debt just to get my birth control and they made it a hassle since insurance covers 1 m at a time. This doesn't work for continuous birth control, you can't skip it or you start bleeding so it was best to pay out of pocket, and this makes it so I don't have to incur ridiculous debt, can afford my medicine which adds to my quality of life. Prior to this I had debilitating periods and this helps me be able to take care of other people better at work and in life since my health is taken care of too.

Wisp is great for those who do not have insurance, but want personalized healthcare. Highly recommend
