Needed to renew a perscription. They never processed the order and refused to respond to any emails. It is dangerous and irresponsible to cut off medication like that. Take my advice and go to a real doctor. Don't trust these jerks. I normally don't leave reviews, but they sent me an email asking for one! You can't respond to any of 4 emails asking for updates on my perscription, but you have the nerve to ask for a review? Fine, here it is. I'd rate them 0 if I could.

This service is a godsend when you get a UTI on a weekend and are suffering too much to wait until your doctors office regular hours. The response was super quick and I was able to get medication called in to my pharmacy in under 30 minutes.

I can’t even begin to say how much I love Wisp. I’ve been using them for a few years and they’re a total god send! Especially on the weekends and you can’t get ahold of your regular doctor. I highly recommend using them!

DO NOT use this website. They act with no sense of urgency or understanding and prescriptions are always delayed. Save yourself time and money by utilizing one of the other sites offering same services.

They over charge for medications now. Spent multiple days going back and forth messaging multiple doctors because they’re a mess after paying so much money only to then be charged again for the medication that’s expensive at the pharmacy. They used to ship it to you for a reasonable price now everything has tripled in price. They don’t respond when your unsatisfied or try to help you. Used it for years but will no longer be since they’ve changed. Also they give you these good rx discounts that aren’t as good as the actual rx discounts so they make you spend more money than you need. 0/10.

It was a little confusing as I was new to the process but within 48 hours I had my prescription for my migraines. This was over a weekend as well. I’m Looking forward to continuing with WISP
