I applied online, spoke with an actual loan officer (Peter G), and received a pre-approval letter within hours. As a retiree with assets but no W-2 income, I found that service to be extraordinary. Moreover, their rates for conventional mortgages are spot on the market, and contain no loan origination or other hidden fees. Last, Tomo is extremely responsive in updating/running different scenarios, loan amounts, etc. for different properties I’m looking at. I could not be happier with this level of service
