Loan officer is awesome - Application advisor Elliot Lozano not so much ... Doesn't respond to email, text messages, or voicemails ... Doug is my loan officer he tried also to get him to respond but nothing cricketts. Trying to find information on closing early on my house schedule for 31 July would like to close 28 July but cant get him to advise .... I am at a loss. My name is Donald Hammond and have a conditional approval with all documents submitted but can't get Elliot to communicate .... Love Doug Sunken ... Elliot not responsive .....
