I had a great experience with Joseph Lee at Tomo. The rate I got from Tomo is very competitive, and the process to apply is very straight forward. On top of that, Joseph and Kyle clearly explained all the fees and detailed calculations to me in simple and easy to understand terms, and they genrated the pre-approval document in just a few hours as promised. I'm very pleased with the provess although I still have not closed the deal yet. Highly recommend Tomo and will no doubt be using them again in the future.

Donatello was easy to work with. He explained the things I wanted to know, answered questions, and made the process as simple as it can get. Tomo has great options in their mtg loan package. It's great that you can refi when rates drop!

They made the mortgage application and approval process easy, seamless and painless. They were able to execute quickly and provide a prequalification letter for us quickly. Their rates were competitive and with the fees waived in conjunction with the ease of the process going through a bank now seems unnecessarily burdensome.
