Ted was great, very easy to work with and very prompt

Quick response and quick to provide a pre approval letter. Also, was not pushy. Did not try to over complicate things. Easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care.

Mr. Peter and Forrest were very professional and available at all time, very efficient and pro-active. The overall experience was smooth and great, with very competitive rates, the best i found on over 10 companies. Super recommended.

Interesting Meeting; My interviewer Joseph Lee was polite and professional. It has been years since I done this type of inquiry and most importantly applying for a loan of this magnitude. I had lots of question and since, Joseph inform me that we only have 30 min., because he has other interviewers waiting. I had to rush the question I had written down. I was able to understand most of his responses, however. I couldn't go back to make sure I understood him due to the lack of time. This is why I gave 4 stars.
