They will drop you if you complain.
The app and card worked well for many months. But recently I was seeing glitches and having to write support. The frustrating issue I have with Till is the fund transferring. I understand the 3-5 days processing due to Plaid, but there's other cards out there that have work arounds for instant transfer into parent wallet (via debit card). The latest issue I had was when I initiated a transfer, which failed. But then 2 days later it comes out of my account. When I write to question what is happening they never admit their issues, just say 'wait 3-5 days'. (Support is generally very quick to respond, but feel like canned responses) I would have been happier if they would have just admitted it was a glitch in their system and let me know that the transfer was still proceeding. Transfer finally completed 7 days after initial request. Then I get an email from Till saying they are dropping me as a customer stating 'based on your account activity'. Meaning - if you complain too much, they will drop you.
