My whole paycheck was stolen and they lied and said that my dad never reached out so they would not have to deal with it !

terrible company!! My son was in Japan on a school trip and they suspended his card!! customer service is email based and so it took 24 hours just to get a response to which I responded and then it took another 24 hours to respond after that! I am now fighting with them to get the card shut off and to return our balance to us as it has been terrible! NOBODY HAS RESPONDED ON RETURNING OUR MONEY!! Plus I can't get into the online account!! !

Terrible. Tried for 7 days to get money on account for my son’s school trip. It was one issue after another until I gave up. Idk if this company is legit or not. But I would exercise any other way before ever attempting this one again

Helping with bills ect very good

This is the absolute worst company. Their customer service is SLOW AND AWFUL. They only want to provide an email for support and getting a human to talk to is almost impossible. I opened a card for my daughter and added my husband as an administrator so we could link his private bank account and we were never able to successfully link his account because I was the one who opened the card. Even though under FAQ’s it states that administrators can link an account. We were not able to get it resolved prior to our daughter traveling internationally. So she had no card for her trip, which was the reason we got the card to begin with.

Absolutely the worst I got this card for when my kids are traveling through EF tours and I upgraded to the pay membership and now none of my transfers are deposits are going through everything. He’s failing this is absolutely unacceptable. This is supposed to be easy for the kids to have fun while they’re traveling and this is an absolutely horrible experience.

Absolutely terrible. The card does not work even after activation, and the "customer service" is very lousy! I would give this crappy app zero stars if I were able to.
