Tardó casi dos semanas en llegar pero estoy súper contenta con el pedido. Se puede confiar plenamente en que el pedido llegará y los slippers son de calidad. Además son frescos para el verano. Yo estoy enamorada de mis White Frenchie

My order never arrived. I requested a refund but they insisted they could not process one until the 45day mark. It has now been over 52 days and they are only now agreeing to process a refund that will take an additional 10days to arrive.

We're sorry for the delay. Our typical delivery time is around 10 days, but in rare cases such as severe weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or strikes, shipping may take longer. That's why we offer a full refund if an order is not delivered within 45 days. Your refund was processed immediately on our side. However, banks and payment providers typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account, which is unfortunately outside of our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
