I bought my slippers in early january, but they never arrived. They were shipped to somewhere halfway around the world. Customer Service says I entered the wrong address (which I did. not, of course. I didn‘t even know the town my slippers were sent to). Also, they won‘t offer me a refund, as refunds are only accepted under certain circumstances. But surely, everybody is very sorry. Never again, just opened a Paypal-case.

Hello Anke, I'm very sorry for any trouble we have caused. We have thoroughly investigated your case and found that the mistake was on our end, as the address was updated incorrectly. To rectify this, one of our agents has contacted you via email and offered either a full refund or a reshipment of your order. Thank you for your business and please accept our sincere apologies. The quality is great for such a great price I got both slippers and slides and I love them so much, so much support and I love to feel an inch or two higher, especially with being short!!! In love with these

Either the site is a scam or the shipping company is so poorly run it may as well be. I also did not receive my slippers. Ordered in November, they were supposed to arrive in early December. The shipping company said they were returned to the sender. The tracking details clearly say that the package was not delivered. In several email exchanges with the company they double checked my address (which was correct) and then told me the slippers would be resent once they arrive back at their warehouse. It's now been five more weeks. They will not issue a refund.

Hello Kristen, sorry for the confusion and inconvenience! There was a delivery exception and the shipping company was not able to contact you due to missing phone number. We have refunded your order per our refund policy.

I found this store on Instagram and they have really great products. They answered my email really fast and were very kind. I definitely will buy more products from there next time.
