Doctor Derek is the best!
I met with doctor Derek he’s a very nice guy and will actually talk to you unlike other doctors that just want to do the bare minimum and move onto the next appointment. Also, I feel like he believes in his patients when other doctors treat you as like a paycheck. Derek treat you like a friend so I highly recommend using Klarity health and if possible, you should book with Derek

Dr Pandey and the entire team is a…
Dr Pandey and the entire team is a scam. The are only transparent about the cost of initial visit, and then follow up visits are more costly and they perform unnecessary testing once they have locked you in for the initial visit. Dr Pandey does not prescribe medications himself. You have to interact with multiple people through a chat system with no direct way of contacting via phone. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The team is not local, you are messaging on an app called Spruce with ppl in India. It functions like a scam call center rather than a legitimate healthcare platform.

First Appointment Review
I have an event soon that was beginning to make me more & more anxious the closer it gets and I was thinking of backing out. Im the kind of person that never goes to doctors, but i needed help with this due to the importance. Doc Praveen was wonderful! He presented me with options I had not considered and really encouraged me to attend the event, giving me tips on how to handle certain situations, etc. He had genuine relatable reactions, and was not a stuffy professional. He made me feel comfortable eventhough I was nervous. I look forward to our next appointment =)
