Easy to transfer lines. Excellent customer service. Less than half the cost of previous provider with same data. Fun incentives make it nearly free. I've been using helium for 13 months and converted the rest of my family to helium after 3 months of my own wonderful experience.

Terrible service, mapping functionality doesn't work half the time, support hasn't fixed sim cards for androids, constant 'we are looking into it'

Getting service that's as good, if not better than what I had after 15 years with AT&T at a fraction of the cost and that's before counting in the mapping rewards that pay for the plan. Add in that you can set up your own coverage and if your hotspots are in good locations, they'll earn from subs from AT&T/T-Mobile/Helium Mobile and more. This one is a no-brainer if you already have T-Mobile service as it's the backup network but should be a no-brainer if you're already paying for a premium unlimited service.

Really good service and you can even earn back the cost of the phone plan if you sign-up for disco mapping. Highly recommend!

Got in early and paying $5/month for unlimited service. I travel often and have had great service everywhere I go.
