Our divorce process has not been the easiest even though mostly amicable. We’ve unfortunately been passed around a few times due to staffing and had issues with our filings on multiple occasions. However, working with Raquel has been nothing short of amazing. Her communication, responsiveness, dedication, and customer service goes beyond measure. She stepped in and took over our account with grace. She was a wealth of knowledge and when she didn’t have the answer, she found someone that did. Getting a divorce is never an enjoyable process (for most) but working with Raquel made it so much more bearable. Although she had to hand our case off to another person for logistical reasons, I am so thankful she was there to step in when she did. Hello Divorce is lucky to have such a caring individual working for them. Thank you Raquel for all your hard work!

I found Hello Divorce in the early stages of needing divorce advice. Even though the process hadn’t been set up for my state yet, much of the generic content and the guide that I could purchase was very helpful for getting organized. Mine was a grey divorce, so it was less complicated from a legal and financial perspective than if I were younger with children. By the time the process for my state was available, I was ready to file. The state had a couple of items I needed to revise after filing, and my account coordinator and the system were able to respond quickly to make the changes in my documents. Hello Divorce’s staff, system and social media were a tremendous help throughout the process.

Out of the gate, this wasn’t a good experience. I followed all the steps and requested the free 15min consultation call. They sent texts and emails to keep reminding me of the call I had coming up and low and behold, NO ONE ever reached out and I never got my consultation so needless to say I was done with this place.

Erin and the Hello Divorce team made one of the hardest decisions of my life feel manageable. From the start, they were ethical, informative, and genuinely supportive – exactly what you need when you’re navigating something this emotional and high-stakes. Erin in particular made me feel like my time and financial wellbeing were always the priority, not just moving me through a process. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you’re facing a divorce and want experts who are truly in your corner, look no further.

The person I talked to was really kind, courteous, and helpful. Given the anxiety from this entire process, it's nice to have someone who sounds knowledgeable and courteous on the other side to help.

Charlene was nice and helpful but overall we were not clear about what we were buying. The “faster” divorce process took several months and a lot more paperwork, which was not what we were expecting.

Lack of work ethic.
