Hello Bonsai has been a huge help to my business. Being small, having fast simple features is important. Has some great automation tools, and overall covers our simple sales and bookkeeping needs.

I love Bonsai. As a freelancer who also has a full-time job, it does everything that I need all in one place with a super simple and easy-to-use interface. I love how uncomplicated it is! I can easily add all of my clients, manage proposals, invoices, track my expenses, and more all in one place. I've tried other tools, but I found their customizations to be overly complicated and it took too long just to set up basic things. Bonsai is absolutely the best choice!

It's been great, have used it for 7 years now.

Bonsai has helped me take my design business from messy to streamlined and efficient and saves me hours of time every month. I used to send PDF invoices and wait for a check in the mail. And getting clients to print, sign and scan contracts was such a headache. Now, they can sign and pay with the click of a button. And I love that it's affordable.

When I started my business I researched a lot of platforms for invoices, contracts, and proposals. As a creative agency, Bonsai seemed the best to fit our needs. We started using it for four years and absolutely love it! It's easy to input clients, create templates, and customize. Highly recommend!

I had been exploring Hello Bonsai for over a year before I decided to jump on board. The two things that grabbed me was their continuous improvement of the software and the fact that it is fit for the freelancer. I am a freelance Web Application Developer, and I wanted something that would allow me to manage my invoicing, time tracking, estimated quarterly taxes, and income without complicating things and taking away from my focus on what generates the income. Also, I love how responsive the support team is. You message them from right within the app, and someone will get back to you, most of the time, within a few hours.
