Bonsai has made my life as a Freelancer so much easier and I really appreciate having an affordable platform I can use for proposals, contracts, time tracking (for the clients who need it) invoices and payments all together. I'd love to switch my accounting over to Bonsai as well but I don't feel like they have that quite up to par with what I'm currently using at this point. I do feel like they still have some improvements that could be made just in regards to how things are organized, scheduling things and customization. I have also had one incident regarding a discrepancy with my payment vs. payout that hasn't been resolved yet but outside of that, it's been a great experience.

Bonsai has taken a huge burden off my shoulders when it comes to managing my freelance clients. Particularly things like contracts, billing, and tracking expenses. Those alone have transformed my ability to focus on design and less on "paperwork". Plus the platform is easy to use and well designed. I recommend it to anyone who freelances.

Their easy to use templates/proposals was the part that won me over. As a freelancer in the SEO industry, this tool has been paramount to my success for not only me, but my clients as well. They also easily allow customers to pay with PayPal, which many others don't yet have. So that integration is a very nice feature.

I have found Bonsai to be a vital bit of kit to help manage my time, clients and setting myself tasks throughout my freelancing career. Would highly recommend trying it out!

When I started my freelance biz, I started off using another service, but I felt like it was missing some things and the user experience wasn't quite right. Then I found Bonsai! I love how easy it is to use Bonsai. I also love that they're open to new ideas from the people that use it every day. Bonsai makes it easy to keep track of projects, my time, and money all at once. I use the tax add on and my CPA was SO impressed when we met up to figure out how much estimated taxes I should be paying. It was right on the money with his estimate! Love that portion so that there shouldn't be any big surprises come tax day. 10/10 recommend for someone starting or looking for a new freelance project management/invoicing tool!

Excellent software that has transformed my business

I've been using Bonsai for my videography business for the last 6 months! It's well worth it. Great to be able to put together contracts and invoices so quickly.

Love Bonsai CRM - always updating and adding new features that are pertinent. Haven't had major issues - quick response time when contacting support. Love the templates for proposals and excited for the growth of the CRM.
