I've been running my business passively since ~2015 without any paid technology. In November 2021, I made the decision to invest more time/energy into actively running the business. I knew I would need a seamless and elegant sales experience to align with our product. Bonsai has made that setup a breeze. Within an hour of signing up for their platform, my client acquisition process was entirely transformed. I've been able to consistently raise prices y/y and manage higher volumes of new clients with ease thanks to Bonsai. Can't imagine switching off for any reason at this point.

I jumped into the freelance world abruptly, and Hello Bonsai was crucial to my start-up processes. Within an hour, I had an account, a contract and a proposal template. As a writer, having all my business administration in one spot makes me so much happier, including my time tracking, which integrates seamlessly into my invoicing. The entire dashboard is easy to use. Customer service has been excellent, and they even take feature suggestions.

Not a long term user yet but I had one conversation with the help team which was to the point in no time. Very reliable.

Bonsai makes business admin easy - everything you need to create a contract, send invoices & receive payment in one place. I particularly like how it makes it easy for overseas clients to pay with card via Stripe (though the 7 day processing period in the UK isn't ideal!)

I love using Bonsai. I had tried several other platforms that were similar, but Bonsai is the easiest and most efficient both for myself and my clients. I love being able to track everything in one place. Their customer service has always been superb whenever I have had a question or needed some support.

Love Bonsai! Only app that I use to track my hours, send invoices, etc. Super simple and easy to use, great user experience! Wish there was a way to add the timer to iPhone lock screen, but I know Apple doesn't allow that without jailbreaking the phone. Highly recommend Bonsai for any type of freelancer!

Bonsai has everything I need as a freelance designer! Project management, time tracking, invoicing - it's all there. I can't recommend this high enough to anyone who is freelancing!

Big fan of Bonsai. I run my own marketing consultancy and appreciate anything that can cut down on my admin time and make me look slick and professional. This does all that and more. And I've tried other competitive platforms - Bonsai is the best.
