such fantastic customer service
such fantastic customer service! I was having issues with the re-intake form for my prescription and the customer service specialists went over and above working with me to resolve the issue. Even at 9 PM on a Sunday night!!! I'm so impressed and will continue to recommend Alpha Medical to all my girlfriends. I'm even considering having my college aged daughter sign up for the teledoc service bc our insurance doesn't have any providers in the area where she attends school. Thanks for options!!!

Very easy to get the prescription you…
Very easy to get the prescription you need. The doctors are quick to reply and very helpful in making a decision on what kind of birth control you are looking for. Fast delivery.

While I think the services and consults…
While I think the services and consults are good, but I wish alpha could send direct prescriptions to the pharmacy.
