The future of medicine is here ...and it's Alpha Medical. I've been so happy with the entire process, right down to customer service who goes out of their way to make sure you're happy. And so happy Alpha added therapy to their offerings!

Overall, I have been very disappointed with Alpha Medical so far. The good I saw: -It was easy to get a prescription written by just entering some information about my symptoms and history. The bad I saw: -New prescriptions have a pretty long processing time before arrival. It has been a week since my prescription was written and it is still in processing. It hasn't even been sent to the pharmacy. -The advertisement for a waived membership fee is falsely advertised. You only get this deal if you already have an auto renewing prescription. -Membership fees do not include mental health appointments. This is an entirely separate membership that costs $120. -I expected my medical history to have been gone over much more closely. It was really brief. This makes me lose faith in the treatment prescribed. -One of the prescriptions I was assigned doesn't even appear in my orders and I doubt it was ever filed. For the $250 I have spend on them I could have received far better care elsewhere.
