Very professional and Prompt with any questions that I had and speedy delivery.

Super easy and contactless! Working with a care provider online was a breeze and I was able to get the meds I've needed during the COVID-19 pandemic without having to go out and risk sitting getting sick. Alpha Medical worked with my insurance and I was able to get the regular discount pricing on my prescriptions that I normally would through my local pharmacy.

My order came so fast ! Way faster than alpha had shown . I was prescribed exactly the same birth control that I’ve been on. It works well so I’m very happy about that . I also got a cute little pink mask for covid . Thank you so much

Customer service has been helpful when I had to contact them about my prescriptions. There was a shortage on one of my meds so it came much later than normal but I still got it before I ran out. I was really impressed with the free face mask they sent because of the pandemic. I feel like they really care about their customers.
