I absolutely love how easy and fast alpha medical providers provide you with the best customer service! I always get my birth control on time each month directly in the mailbox which saves a ton of time and their staff is nothing but kind and helpful.

I've been using Alpha Medical for a couple of years now. I am so thankful I found them. Always courteous, prompt, & affordable. I highly recommend them.

I was charged for an inhaler I did not approve. The questionnaire was excellent and it directed me to the prescription best fit for my needs. I immediately was put in contact with health professionals to discuss the medical and financial details. I decided against having the prescription shipped because I had an appointment with my doctor around the same time and getting the prescription from him was more accessible. After the money was taken from my account, I immediately messaged customer service. They looked into what happened and caught where the mistake had been made. They promptly sent my refund and apologized sincerely and thanked me for drawing their attention to what had happened. Although I didn't go through Alpha this time, I am highly likely to use them in the future because of how my situation was handled.

Very helpful and professional. I love that I can get the help I need from my favorite spot on the couch.
