Just signed up, and seems like this is a great tool to have, especially during the current pandemic. Med staff is sweet and understanding, shipping is quick.

My nurse worked with me to quickly get me my medication. Shipping was an average speed, it arrived a day late but it was a USPS delay. Alpha processed it as soon as they were able to confirm my insurance. (Less than 24 hours and I did it later at night) super easy and they sent me a cute mask! You can’t beat the convenience of having meds shipped to you!

I was very skeptical about alpha medical at first. But due to quarantine many specialists around me are not accepting new patients. Alpha was one of the only ways for me to start improving my mental health during pandemic. I haven't tried any other treatments alpha provides, besides mental health. After screening I was prescribed with medication treatment, and as a bonus from alpha I got a free month of talk therapy on Better Help, and three months of free yoga classes. My insurance covered the cost of the medical treatment, and overall I didn't pay more than 120 dollars. I highly recommend everyone in need of mental health treatment. It's a great service to start with, after a month a half I see some improvements.

The doctor who helped me was very thorough in her diagnosis and had a lot of very good information for me and other recommendations. Having prescriptions mailed is a bit expensive and takes a while but other than that its completely worth the cost, and you can always choose your own pharmacy if you don't want it mailed from them. But they sent me a free face mask, which was cool.

So far so good! My 23 year old daughter referred me to this Alpa Medicine and the process has been smooth so far. I will review all the materials in the package, which was securely packaged and nicely shipped.

It was so easy to work with them and they were very responsive to messages. I found them to be very helpful and very prompt, especially during this pandemic. I am very pleased with them and will continue to use them.
