I do not have health insurance, but really needed to talk with someone about getting back on lexapro. The process only took 20 min or so and everyone responds quickly. I’m really glad I found this option without having to schedule an appointment with a local dr without insurance. The only complaint I have is the prescription took over 3 weeks to get. It might have been more of an issue with delivery company because of the holidays. Otherwise I’m happy with the service.

I love Alpha Medical. This service is quick and easy. I love that it’s virtual but you still get all the help you need. They’ve added more services and also skincare now which is awesome. I also love the fact that they’ve sent a masks with my orders recently during Covid.

I didn't receive the prescription I was told about. Conversations were very specific yet I was sent a different bc. Very unhappy

Alpha is a life saver. They have the best customer service and really try their best to make things work! I never have time to go to my primary doctor because of me being out of town 4 to 6 days a week due to my job. Alpha just makes life easier.
