I paid $45 for a consultation just to be told I was not eligible for medication due to a pre-existing condition, something every other online medication company had told me upfront without the ridiculous fee and 3 day long wait. I’ve now been told the $45 is non-refundable and can not even be applied to any future orders I might have placed as a credit. There is a chat to contact a medical professional once you log into your account, however once you have an issue with them that needs resolving, it is INCREDIBLY difficult to have someone get in touch with you. It isn’t difficult for them to take your money though, of course. If you would like to pay to be ripped off, this is the company for you. EDIT: further look into my profile for what?? I was already told all this information long before I wrote this review. Your response is a cheap attempt to put on the facade that you’re not scamming people, and everyone can see through it. Do better and you won’t need to attempt to make it up to reviewers ripping your company to shreds. Also, 3 months after this review, the company charged me $90, I had not logged back in since the debacle in my review. Had I looked over my bank statement, they would’ve gotten away with it. Even the lady who I was connected to in customer service said there was no reason for my card to be charged, she also sent me a coupon for future orders (LOL). As if I needed any more reasons to believe Alpha Medical was solely after the money of innocents seeking relief for mental health issues, this sealed the deal.

This service is excellent. It even came earlier then it was supposed to.

Thank you very much for helping me, I have avoided taking time off from work to go see a Doctor for quit some time. With Alpha I was able to take 15 mins out of my evening to get what I needed to take care of an annoying toe fungus I had been dealing with for years.
