Nice concept but I waited over a week for prescription and needed it sooner

I did not receive my full quantity of medication I was prescribed.

I don’t have a way to get to a pharmacy in person so I thought this would be a good way to get help for my anxiety. I got prescribed anti depressants and received them in a timely manner, but when the time came for my second prescription to go through they suddenly couldn’t get my information to work. I get my other prescriptions online with this exact same info and it works fine. Re-entered my information 3 times and it still didn’t work. Reached out to the team and a little over a week later I’m told it’s been fixed and I’ll get my tracking number soon. 5 days later I’m out of my first prescription and no tracking and no pills in the mailbox. Reach out once again and they’re saying that it didn’t actually get fixed and to pay with cash. Nope! Now I’m forced to go cold turkey off the pills. The $45 for this service was enough. 🙄

They provide all the medical services you need and the physicians always respond in a timely manner. It's very convenient!
