I rely on my prescription getting to me on time and unfortunately, that was not the case this last month. They did replace it but it was late.

This service is convenient and saves money on doctors visits. Delivery has been consistent. The "visits" are to the point, and generally informative. Messages from the doctor are timely, but felt transactional, and less about getting to know my needs as a patient, which might not be great for everyone who uses the service. I'm overall satisfied with the treatment I've received through Alpha Medical.
