It's okay. Everyone's been nice but it takes awhile for them to get back to you, and you have to start a whole new chat each time you want to ask something. Their stuff isnt covered by insurance which is a bummer, but if you dont have insurance I'm sure it's a great alternative. I havent gotten my medicine yet I hope it helps me.
