Very user friendly site. Alpha got my medication to me very quickly. I have been on and off insurance so having a regular doctor has been quite the challenge, this is an excellent alternative.

Love this app. My first experience was beautifully accessible, anonymous as well as I felt cared for and my needs were important. I doubt if your comparing what you get dollar for dollar if you can find better care.

My NP was amazing and answered all my questions. Not to mention my medication showed up in less than a week! Great experience!

At first I thought they were great. Psychiatrist was working with my previous medications to help find something that worked now. However about 2 months into it she was gone. I got reassigned to someone who gave me very dangerous advice. I had an adverse reaction to one of the two medications they prescribed. About 6 weeks into it I started not caring about anyone or anything. (Anxieties, given antidepressants) one night I completely flipped out and decided I didn’t want anything to do with anyone. I kicked my fiancé out. I decided to move and didn’t care that my son and I didn’t have any plans.. just did not care at all and was mad about everything that made NO sense. So the next morning I contacted the psychiatrist with them and said what happened. I’ve been on and off medication for 20 years and know to discontinue immediately with a personality change but some medications you have to do slowly. They told me to keep taking it and wait to 8 weeks to know for sure. Then sent me a list of things to help anxiety like exercise and don’t drink caffeine. I am the victim of extended abuse and they know this.. or should have. It’s trauma not lack of exercise which I already have a regiment for. But their answer was to keep taking medications of which one almost had me throw my entire life away and put myself and my son at risk! For 2 weeks just in case it isn’t at full effect. Full effect? That’s the most dangerous thing to tell someone on psychiatric medicine with an adverse reaction. Even a bad primary care doctor knows that you NEVER do that because it will not get better, only worse. But they told me to keep taking it and exercise. After I had a complete personality change and flipped out on my family and didn’t care.. and all I was there for was sleep anxiety. Horrible. I wish I could give it negative stars. So very dangerous! I thought it would be great online no office visits and affordable. I guess you get what you pay for! Don’t ever ever use them.
