I was going to have to wait over 2 months to even see an MD/NP in person. I completed the Alpha assessments in the evening and had a conversation going with an NP the next morning. Meds were decided upon and shipped to me (my insurance covered most of the cost) and I received them in just a few days (under a week from assessment to medication received). I also felt very included in the decision for medication. I stated what I've used in the past and what my preferences are based on those experiences, and I felt really heard, like my input was valuable. This is important to me in a world filled with doctors you have to wait several weeks/months to see, to then spend five minutes with them not being listened to. I highly recommend this service for medical needs that don't require lab work/in person assessment!

I have only been with Alpha a couple weeks but so far I love it. I researched reviews and most were great, but a handful were not, so I was hesitant. However, doctors offices aren't any better so I decided why not try it? After using the mental health service I can not go back to office visits. First off, I use my primary care doc for my depression meds because a psychiatrist is way too expensive and I don't have insurance. My PC doc is great but only uses the most popular few medicines which haven't been working for a while now. Each appt is $70+ but that adds up quick. It's a pain to have to explain my issues to my doc cause it feels like they are judging me. Like I want drugs or something. Does anyone else feel that way? All I take is Lexapro but I feel judged for asking for anything else. With Alpha all of those issues are gone. I have no idea how they can be so cheap with such on demand care. I signed up with the $50 for three months of mental health to give it a try. My PA has been great even with my slew of questions. She seems like she cares. The prices are not given for medications, which is the only thing I don't like, but when I asked for the price she gave it to me. They also let you choose another pharmacy if you want, so you can use Good RX. I went with Alpha as the prices were cheap. My P.A. responds anytime I message. I hope they pay them good for how available they are. 😊 Overall I love it. Oh and when my PA said I was going to switch medicines, she tapered me, my PC never did that and I got sick once. This was another sign to me they are familiar with depressions and medications. Thank you Alpha for getting me the help I need easily.

Just signed up with alpha medical and with no insurance I can now afford to get treatment that I could not get!! I am very happy with alpha medical!!

I am so beyond impressed with Alpha. I tried using pill club first and they treated me poorly like I was an incompetent child. I have never used a birth control pill before and Alpha actually walked me through how it works and why it does what it does. They also explained how hormones in birth control help or hinder certain things in our bodies. I can not thank you enough for educating me instead treating me like I’m mentally ill. Alpha also sends me my meds without having to personally reorder and if they have an issue with insurance they tell you instead of charging you first. I am so beyond impressed and thankful for you Alpha.
