I have used alpha medical multiple times for multiple things, I’ve always been pleased with their quick responses, care they have given and quick shipping of medications. I chose to use them for a issue, as a urgent care type problem but… Definitely feel like they dropped the ball. It was a back-and-forth for about a day and a half, when In the end up I was just told just a go buy some cream over-the-counter (which they should have said at the very first email , not the 5th) and if you’re not better in three days go to urgent care. 100% waste of time, and definitely did not treat what they claimed they would treat. Extremely disappointed with the care I was given. If you want to use alpha medical for wrinkles Or cold sores, I’d recommend them. If you need to use them for anything more than a absolute basic problem , I’d say don’t waste your time.

Fantastic Service worth every penny especially for those of us who are uninsured or have limited coverage.

So far my experience has been amazing. If I have any issues, alpha responds within the next day via email. I got the sprintec birth control through alpha and I haven’t noticed any issues or side effects with it. That however can change depending on how the medicine affects you. I would recommend this to a friend.

I wanted help with medical weight loss and they prescribed me an anti-depressant. While I can say the anti-depressant is helpful in the depression department; it’s not helping with what I originally went for. I also don’t feel like I’m in direct contact with a doctor, but more copy and pasted messages.

Alpha Medical has been amazing. The assessment quiz was straightforward and signing up was so easy. I love that my medication is shipped to me. The plans are super affordable also. I highly recommend them.
