Latisse was very easy to order, they gave me the option of size and skipping months. I received my package within 4 days from start to finish. I am thankful I didn't have to sit in a doctor's office for something as simple and cosmetic as this. My time is precious and I saved a lot of it using Alpha.

This company is completely awful and unprofessional. They sent prescriptions to me on multiple occasions that had interactions with stated health issues that I had. The doctors take forever to respond and you are often bumped between multiple customer service representatives in different chat threads so you have to restate the problem all over again. Do not waste your time or money on this business. They clearly do not care about helping anyone and just care about the money involved. They are are shadey about not listing all of the possible side affects with a prescription. I was also sent something with no consultation and they expected me to just pay and blindly take something. I read the description and it had interactions with a health concern of mine and they didn't even wait for the okay on my end. The worst and most unprofessional and uncommunicative "health care" program out there.

Alpha medical is always on time. And my birth control has been the best for me. No side effects other than small irregular bleeding in the beginning but I can careless for that. I’m just happy I’m not going insane from change of hormones. I’m happy alpha medical would send me my pills a month before and I don’t have to do that myself.
