The doctor is great and very responsive.

This company has been wonderful through the past year, however - the last few months it’s become evident that they do not have the manpower to offer access to customer service. Missing doses due to their error isn’t something I want to do anymore.

I signed up for asthma issues. Money withdrawn immediately and no prescription for inhaler as promised. No response from them. They don’t take live calls or have a way to leave voicemail. I’m certain this is not legitimate. I would recommend using caution if using. I’m in need of inhaler. For me it’s not the cost, it’s the delay in having a life saving device

I filled out the mental health forum and was told I didn’t need what I asked for. I was then prescribed an antidepressant that was never discussed with me whatsoever. Which is also nonrefundable, so I was charged for a “visit” when I didn’t see or speak to anyone and a pill that I didn’t ask for. I’d leave less stars if I could honestly.

I would like to thank Alpha Medical for their efficient service! They diagnosis and ship medication the SAME DAY! They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. They and trustworthy as well, which can be hard to find on the internet. Thanks again, Alpha Medical!

Alpha Medical is much more simple and easier then going running to Dr and pharmacy for everything, here it's a convince in you're home. Yet if you still can't get the script that you know work for you then it's kinda useless to even use this service
