Ease of Dr. visit and ordering! Love the auto-ship! Thank you!

So far my experience has been great. The staff is extremely helpful and they respond timely to messages . I did have a little bit of confusion trying to figure out the messaging system but it was cleared up quickly and everyone was super helpful . Looking forward to my journey with Alpha

Great service quick turn around time

I’ve been using Alpha for almost two years now, their support is always the best and using their website is quick and easy, especially because you can do virtually everything over the phone and text. They are always helpful and they’re always making things easier. I love them and will continue using them.

It takes longer than portrayed time for the doctor to get back in contact with you and they don't offer much in the advice department

They cancelled my prescription after I paid $20 for it!!!

Quick and easy service with good followup.

I have had the best experience thus far. Just started my weight loss journey, as challenging as it will be I am confident that I will succeed. Thank you 😊
