Everything was great but this is why 3 stars. I Had a consultation and got a script. I asked how I could know the medicine was working as it’s treating a fungus. I asked if I could check back in a week or 2 and she specifically said wait until 4 weeks. At 4 weeks I had to pay for another consultation. I then find out that had I inquired any time before 4 weeks there would have been no charge. Love everything else

Hi William, Thank you for writing in! Alpha's asynchronous consults take the place of an in person doctor's visit. Just like an in person doctor's office, Alpha does charge for follow up consults. You may be interested to learn about our Alpha Membership, which covers up to 12 visits/consults per year (excluding mental health and weight loss) for $40 quarterly or $120 annually.
