I previously reviewed here criticizing the way the end of my subscription was handled. I didn't receive my final shipment, then continued to get charged. When asking about it two months after I ended my subscription, I was at first met with a response that it was on me and no refund for the most recent charge would be allowed. Alpha medical took the time to review my case and provide a refund with an apology - not just over messaging either. I sincerely appreciated the second look, the refund, confirmation of canceling, and most of all the apology for my experience. I used alpha medical for a few years without issue and now, can confidently recommend them to others knowing that they do care about their customers in a way to be a support and find a solution. Companies that can admit fault and provide solutions are great and alpha medical is one of them! Thank you to the wonderful care team member who reached out!

We are still trying to get a refund for my wife. We asked for a brand name drug, and they sent a generic, but charged us 400 dollars for it. My wife has asked them 4 times for a refund, but they just keep stalling. They are being less than helpful. I would recommend you DO NOT deal with these people. I know they will respond and say go to their app...and my wife has been doing that for weeks now. Terrible company. The epitome of bad faith.
