My birth control came super quick and it is super affordable

It's been great to be able to get my meds delivered without going to in=-person appointments. However, there has been a lot of confusion and lack of communication regarding my insurance approvals and prescription coverage. I've asked several times if we can submit my upcoming prescription before I run out, but every time, I run out of meds then wait several weeks to get a new prescription after approval. Because I haven't had any consistency, my weight loss has stalled. I'm not even sure if it's worth it, because my treatment keeps getting interrupted. I'm trying again, but this will probably be the last time. If it's not submitted in time to get my next prescription, I will probably give up on treatment. There has also been some confusion about dosing, and when I asked via message about it, I got a reply that was not related to the question.

I was hesitant to use an online physician but the experience was actually very pleasant. Since it was online, I was able to fully explain my situation without feeling rushed like the doctor was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I was prescribed medication that arrives monthly in the mail. It was no more expensive than an actual, in-person doctor appointment. In fact, it was less because I didn't have to take off work or use any gas to drive to the doctors office. I definitely recommend alpha medical and will use this service again in the future!

I’ve been using Alpha Medical since 2020 for my birth control and every single month it does not disappoint! This past month I had a little mess up and my package got delayed somehow, I contacted the customer support and they fixed it easily and I STILL got it on time. I was impressed not gonna lie. Highly recommend this service for anyone with or without insurance. As someone who cannot afford insurance currently this is a great and affordable option for birth control pills.

This service does legitimately prescribe your medication and send it to you. It’s not a scam. It can be a slow process to go through, and if you need medication immediately it might not be the best choice. They also don’t really know if you require medication before prescribing it, since they only have you do a questionnaire and then the doctor opens a chat with you afterwards. Be careful you don’t start a medication that isn’t right for you! Otherwise, it’s a good option for people that need medical care from their home.
