I'm happy with the service provided. It was relatively quick and easy. Response times to questions/requests were timely. Very user friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing telehealth services.

I take one pill for my heart burn everyday. It was prescribed through Alpha Medical and my insurance usually covers it. Two months in a row now, alpha medical has refilled my medication early and charged me over $300 for these pills. They assured me that this wouldn’t happen again yet here we are. I don’t have $359+ to spend on 30 pills. Im disgusted with this service and I will be looking for another telehealth service from now on.
