Good price for mental health care

I have had several issues with medication being shipped after I was told the order was cancelled. Also, every response I get sounds like it’s computer generated, some don’t even make sense in response to what I’ve said, for example: I messaged to say I was having trouble with side effects of saxenda and would like to change medications. I response, I got a message saying glad it’s going well, we will renew your saxenda prescription for 3 months, then I messaged to cancel the order, was told it was canceled and got a shipping notification several days later. The concept of alpha is good, but the quality needs major work

Second billing issue ..2 months ago my insurance and credit card were billed for greater than $1500. They were very responsive and reversed the credit card charge. On Saturday, I received a text to confirm rather or not I wanted the shipment. I was delaying due to the cost but would have never thought they would ship/charge without my authorization. Buyer beware and make sure shipments don’t ship without your authorization. Service has been great except for billing issues.

I was able to do a simple and easy sign up for Alpha Medical. After filling out all of my information I was able to choose my membership option which was very affordable. You get quick up to date responses. I use their app so it’s easier to get to. I haven’t had any problems this far and I have received my first order of birth control today in the mail. Shipping is quick. I would recommend for anyone with insurance and even without because it’s still very affordable.
