Good so far. Great service.

The turnaround time for my request was really fast (unlike Nurx that took 8 days and never responded to my emails, leading me to cancel my birth control request), and my meds were shipped quickly as well. I would have received it in 2 days but I had USPS issues. I was initially going to pay out of pocket, but my insurance covered most of the prescription. I would use Alpha again for sure.

The Alpha website was easy, fast and helpful.

The process has been seamless. Very professional, effective and satisfying. From the beginning of the visit to the delivery of the medication.
